1Pranayama (Breathing Exercise)

Bhastrika Pranayama is a combination of Kapalbhati and Ujjayi, which is the best breathing exercise. By focusing on your breathing and gradually increasing the intensity of inhaling and exhaling helps to relieve migraine or headache. Pranayama improves the flow of blood, ensuring more oxygen to the body and helps the brain to function calmly.

2Padmasana (Lotus Pose)
