Bollywood is the land of dreams for many across India. Most of us have grown up on a standard dose of Hindi films and songs.

Bollywood has a flipside as well – a darker side that we do not see often. The actors undergo a lot of stress. They are constantly in the limelight and have to appear perfect at all times. They also have to often change their dietary and exercise patterns to suit a particular role.

Such a stressful lifestyle accompanies by frequent lifestyle changes and the pressure to always look perfect takes a toll on most actors. Actors like Deepika Padukone have, in fact, come forward and talked about depression, how it affects their lives and yet, how everyone ignores it.

When a person leading such a stressful life lives for up to 90 years and shows no signs of flagging, they deserve nothing but a huge standing ovation!
