How do we mould the environment and lifestyle for elderly?
We need to improve the environment we are living in order to improve the condition of the patient. The environment needs to be clean and infection free, so that you can avoid the pain and cost of treatment, both. Another important aspect is nutrition for elderly. They should include more sprouts and salads in their diet instead of eating a starch rich diet. Include more peanuts as they are good for the heart. They can also include eggs in their diet if they are okay with it.
Your message for people in their 20’s and 30’s?
Avoid junk food and eat healthy. When you ride a bike, always wear a helmet. While driving, please wear a seat belt. Keep your sleep pattern regular and include exercise in your everyday routine.
